DISTRICT COUNCIL 9 PERFORMS COMMUNITY SERVICE

On April 22nd 2017, the members of District Council 9 of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) hosted a Community Service Event at the Boy Scout of America situated at 6 Jeanne Drive in the Town of Newburgh.  DC 9 members painted and refurbished the interior of the Boy Scout of America Building.  These tasks were performed as part of a nation-wide event in which DC 9 members complete nearly 70,000 volunteer hours in a single day.  
 
Town of Newburgh Supervisor Gil Piaquadio thanked the DC 9 members for their outstanding community service.
