The part time clerk's position requires clerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Routine assignments are performed independently. Work is performed under direct supervision and does not require supervision of other employees.

Typical work activities include: Indexing, filing letters, reports, memos and other related office documents.

Opening incoming mail, date stamps, and distributing to the appropriate staff.

Making simple entries onto office documents, records, bills, ledgers, etc;

Assisting in preparation of routine reports and surveys.

This job pays $12.25 per hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
