Orange County residents in need should visit Cooling Centers during this heat wave.

 

To avoid any heat-related issues, residents should:

• Stay indoors during peak heat hours (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day
• Avoid strenuous outdoor activity
• Never leave children or pets in vehicles

 

Residents can visit any of the following Cooling Centers throughout Orange County to get relief from this heat.  Please call the Cooling Center in advance to confirm their operating hours prior to visiting.
