As Principal Law clerk to Supreme Court Justice, drafts thousands of court decisions and orders, prepares hundreds of jury instructions and verdict sheets, reviews motions, conferences cases, assists in settlements, conducts research, and provides legal counsel to judge.
Many of the decisions drafted for the Supreme Court Justice have been published in the Official Reports and in the New York Law Journal. These decisions may be cited by other courts as precedent.
